Your role in our mission

  • This is a full-time Call center position who will assist with answering EDI/Helpdesk calls on regular basis and work on Password/Pin reset/EDI emails as required.
  • Provides technical assistance to users who are experiencing transmission difficulties.
  • Assists providers, trading partners, and billing agents with electronic 5010 X12 HIPAA batches and real-time transactions; Provides technical assistance to users who are experiencing transmission difficulties.
  • Enrolls users for transaction submissions and verifies receipt of electronic transmissions; and assists EDI technical staff with Beta testing for system changes as needed

What we're looking for

  • Excellent Attendance, Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Direct Interaction with Florida Medicaid Providers including email, phone conversation etc.
  • Process reports for EDI and excellent customer service is required on calls
  • Ability to meet deadlines, keep a positive attitude and work independently
  • Operational discipline, Conflict resolution, Professionalism, and ability to remain calm under pressure.

What you should expect in this role

  • Business hours between 8 am to 5 pm (Mon – Fri)
  • Initial 90-120 days need to report to work onsite with possibility of hybrid after (Based on overall performance)
  • Must be available to work from home and in office/on site as per business needs

The pay range for this position is $31,400 - $44,800 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
