Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote products, services, or special offers while addressing customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle objections professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to improve strategies and achieve goals.
