Ex- CEO and
Managing Director of two ITeS Companies in Technopark, Rina’s work over the
past 30 years has stretched across multiple jurisdictions (The United Kingdom, APAC, and India) and various sectors (IT, education, hospitality, and government
services). She managed profitable
businesses, developed human capital, enabling them to build a competent
workforce. As the first employee of RevenueMed India, she built the
organization to more than 1800 employees across multiple locations, which is
still one of the larger companies in Technopark after acquisitions.
She is also a
Gender Resource person for the GoK and conducts sessions on gender sensitivity,
diversity, equity, and inclusion in colleges across Kerala. Rina is also a
mentor for WE- WIT (Women inclusive in Technology) Kerala and CII-IWN
(Confederation of Indian Industry – Indian Women Network).
